The April 2020 edition of our newletter looks at our success in the NODA South East awards, introduce some fun activities, and take a look at the best of theatre on the internet.
During the current pandemic and lockdown, we want to reassure our members and friends that making sure you're okay is our main priority. If there's anything you need, or if you need someone to talk to, let us know and we'll try and help.
March 2020 Newsletter Late Edition
It is with great sadness that the Phoenix Players Committee have made the decision to postpone our next production, Agatha Crusty and the Health Spa Murders, and cancelling all rehearsals and Phoenix events until further notice. We have not taken this decision lightly.
We know that there are lots of concerns about the current situation and the uncertainty that everyone is feeling at this time. Our first priority has always been to protect the safety of our patrons and our members.
If you, your friends, or your family have already booked tickets for Agatha Crusty please be assured that you can transfer your tickets to our new performance dates in October. If, however, you wish to cancel your booking we completely understand. Please send a message to the Phoenix Facebook page or speak to Paul Clasby to do this.
We will be using our closed Facebook group and our newsletter to keep members, friends, and patrons updated about this evolving situation. We will be using our social media channels to keep our audiences and the public updates.
Please do what you can to stay safe and we look forward to seeing you when things return to normal.
Our March members' newsletter looks back on our 2020 pantomime and forward to our May show. There's also your last chance to get tickets to our barn dance.
Our first newsletter of the year looks ahead to our much-loved annual pantomime, Robin Hood. We're still looking for people to help front of house, so if you want to get involved send Kate Burrows a message.
We're also excited to announce our May 2020 show, so make sure you read our newsletter to find out what Peter and Fiona Clarke are going to be bringing to our stage.
